By providing your FordPass Member ID to your salesperson before finalizing your purchase, you ensure that you receive all the bonus points and benefits you are eligible for under Ford’s loyalty program.

Why Register for FordPass / FordPass Rewards?

  • When you register for FordPass and enroll in FordPass Rewards, you can earn reward points on eligible purchases, vehicle servicing, parts, accessories, and more. 

  • Purchases of a new (or eligible certified pre-owned) Ford vehicle earn you a Thank-You bonus of points. 

  • For every dollar you spend on eligible parts, accessories, and service (labor included) at participating Ford dealers, you’ll earn additional points. 

  • Your accumulated points can be redeemed toward future Ford servicing, parts, accessories — or even toward your next Ford purchase — at any participating Ford dealership. 

  • The program is designed to give you flexibility — earn and redeem wherever FordPass Rewards is accepted. 

Registering or Finding Your FordPass ID

When purchasing a new or qualifying pre-owned vehicle from Bourgeois Motors Ltd. it is essential that we have your FordPass Member ID in order to ensure you receive your Bonus FordPass Points.

While the requirement is the same, the process for finding your FordPass ID will be slightly different for new and returning customer that already have a FordPass account. Please select the correct option for complete details on how to identify your FordPass Member ID number.

Download the FordPass App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Simply scan the appropriate QR Code to the left to be directed to the correct app.

Click "Create Account" on the next page. This will open a pop-up window in the app.

Enter an email address that you readily have access to. A confirmation code will be sent to that email address that you'll need to enter into the app in order to proceed.

Congratulations on joining FordPass! You now have a profile to which you can add your vehicle, monitor its location, lock and unlock your doors, start your vehicle, and even schedule your service.

Be sure to enable notifications for the FordPass app so that Ford can notify you directly about maintenance needs, potential bulletins, and updates on the health of your vehicle.

Now that you've downloaded the FordPass App and are a registered member, you'll need to locate your Member ID. When you open the app, there is a link to "Manage Your Account." Click this link to access your account details.

In the list of menu options, you'll find "Account Information." This section allows you to view your contact information as well as your FordPass Member ID.

Please copy the Member ID located just below your first and last name and provide it to your salesperson. They require your Member ID in order to register your FordPass Rewards bonus.

You can complete this process without adding a vehicle to your profile — your salesperson will gladly walk you through that step on delivery.

From any page on the app (homepage or vehicle page), you'll have access to your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Clicking this will open your Profile.

Please copy the Member ID located just below your first and last name and provide it to your salesperson. They require your Member ID in order to register your rewards bonus.

You can complete this process without adding your new vehicle to your profile. Even though you're adding a new vehicle, your Member ID will remain the same. Do not create a new Member ID — this ensures you continue to accumulate and redeem points in your existing account.

How to Make Sure Your Purchase Qualifies

  1. Register for a FordPass account, if you don’t already have one. You can do this via the FordPass app or online. 

  2. Enroll in FordPass Rewards (often included automatically when you set up FordPass) to begin earning points. 

  3. Provide your Member ID to your salesperson at Bourgeois Ford North before your Ford purchase paperwork is completed, so we can ensure points are properly credited.

  4. Activate your vehicle’s modem (if applicable) and link it to your FordPass account within 60 days of purchase to capture full bonus eligibility. 

Once submitted, your points from your vehicle purchase or service will typically post to your account within 30 days.
